About Emily Norling
Norling made her debut with the feature documentary Allt vi äger (2019), which follows her two friends, Curtis and Johan, over four years through addiction, detox clinics, and life on the streets. For this film, Norling won the award for Newcomer of the Year at the Guldbagge Awards 2020.
Her second feature film, Megaheartz, had its world premiere at CPH 2023 in the Next:Wave competition. Megaheartz is described as a hybrid film, which, according to Norling, portrays a feeling rather than a story – it takes place in the energy just before something breaks. The film follows four unpredictable and visually intense stories about love and wanting to restart your life.

Megaheartz, in competition for Best Nordic Documentary, will be screened at Cinema Panora on Saturday 21 September at 19.00, tickets available HERE
A limited number of free tickets to Megaheartz will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the event!

This event is part of Nordisk Panorama Film Festival, 19–24 September. Come and watch the best documentaries
